Refresh website copy in line with a brand redesign.

Approach

I felt the website was too focussed on what we did or how we worked, or how much we had achieved, without it tying into how that benefitted the reader.

I rewrote the copy to speak more directly to the readers’ concerns and the problems we could solve for them, supported by our credentials. I also corrected a number of inaccuracies.

Outcome:

  • A 30% increase in enquiries via the contact form

  • On average, 45% of customers spent more time on the website
